How our service works
London Bed Bug Treatment does not treat bed bugs. We are a small, free matching service for London: you tell us about the problem, we find a specialist who covers your borough, and this page sets out exactly what happens in between.
You send three short answers
Your postcode, the kind of building and what you have spotted, then a phone number or email.
We find someone local
We pick a bed bug specialist who already works in your part of London and handles your type of property, from a studio flat to a hotel floor.
We tell you who it is
Within one working day, by phone or email. If you are happy with the firm, say so and we pass your enquiry on. If not, it stops there.
They inspect and price it
The firm visits, confirms what you have and gives a fixed price. You choose whether to book, and the job is agreed directly between you and them.
What we are, and what we are not
We are a referral service, run independently. We are not linked to any pest control firm with a similar name, we never visit or treat a property ourselves, and we cannot advise on bites or health.
Promises we keep
- No charge to you and no deposit, at any stage.
- Your details go to one named firm, and only after you have said yes.
- No price for your job from us. Only the firm that inspects can fix a price.
- No newsletters or sales emails.
How we are paid
The firm we introduce pays us a fee for each introduction. You pay us nothing, whether you book with them or not.
Our prices and guides
Price ranges on this site come from published cost guides, one London firm's price list and London council fee pages, and every page lists its sources and when we read them. They are for budgeting only. Our guides lean on NHS advice, the British Pest Control Association and council information, and they are general information rather than medical or legal advice. If a bite or rash worries you, a pharmacist or GP is the right person to ask.
